If you live near here, you can pick up a copy at my produce stand by my driveway and save $3. Or you can click “Email me” and tell me who you are and what you want. I can probably drop one off next time I pass your way.
If you click the “Place Order” button, you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase, either using a PayPal account or by entering your credit card info. The $3 shipping charge will then be added.
